BREXIT - CHANGES FROM 1st JANUARY 2021 Due to the decision of the UK to leave the EU there will be changes with regard to parcel traffic between France and the UK. The situation remains unclear, especially because we deal with used goods of varying ages. As we get more information we will update our customers on our website. When sending items to us for repair, you must complete a Customs Declaration Form CN22 to describe the contents of your parcel. Please remember that in faulty condition, parts have minimal value, therefore customers should describe contents accurately, for example, used/secondhand boiler parts /faulty/not working and of minimal value, to make it clear that you are not exporting new items. When we return repaired items, we complete a Customs Declaration form showing the repair cost as the 'value' of the goods. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any extra charges that may be imposed by either HMRC or couriers/postal handling charges. We do not use courier firms to send items to UK, and to avoid extra handling charges we advise you to use normal post office services when sending items to us.

In January 2019 the business moved to France. Many PCBs can now be purchased as direct sale, due to large stocks held at our distribution hub. If you can't see the PCB you need just contact us by phone or email, and we will respond quickly.
From 13 February 2017...all our reconditioned PCBs have 2 years guarantee!
We ask customers to agree to us holding information on our system so that we can process orders and confirm warranty status in the event of query or warranty claim.
You also have the right at any time to give us notice in writing that any information held can be removed from our systems.
