We also specialise in the repair of PCBs which are obsolete and no longer available from suppliers - particularly  commercial/industrial control units that were made by Honeywell and are now discontinued.

When you place your Order, an email is sent to you as confirmation. Attached to your Order is a PDF copy of your Invoice.  Please save the PDF and print the invoice for your records as  we do not generate further invoices.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TRANSIT OR DELIVERY TIMES.  AFTER A PARCEL LEAVES US, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER ANY DISRUPTION OR DELAY TO POSTAL AND COURIER DELIVERY SERVICES OR BORDER CONTROL/CUSTOMS PROCESSES. 

WE ALWAYS EMAIL CUSTOMERS TO ADVISE THE CONSIGNMENT REFERENCE NUMBER OF PARCELS AS THEY LEAVE US, SO THAT YOU CAN TRACK THE RETURN JOURNEY.

BREXIT - CHANGES FROM 1st JANUARY 2021  Following the UK decision to leave the EU, you may be involved in extra charges/fees/taxes when sending items to us or receiving items sent by us. When sending items from UK to us for repair, you must complete a Customs Declaration Form CN22 to describe the contents of your parcel. Please remember that in faulty condition, parts have NIL/minimal value,(less than €1);  therefore customers should describe contents accurately, for example, used boiler parts /faulty/not working and of nil/minimal value, to make it clear that you are not exporting new items. When we return repaired items, or dispatch items purchased on Direct Sale, we complete a Customs Declaration form showing the repair cost or the Direct Sale cost, as the 'value' of the goods. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any extra charges /duties/taxes that may be imposed, for example, by HMRC,  Douanes or couriers/postal handling charges. We send items to UK via Colissimo La Poste. To avoid extra handling charges we advise you to use normal post office services when sending items to us.

Please read our Privacy Policy page which has now been updated to comply with the new GDPR regulations coming into force on 25th May 2018. These apply across the whole of the E.U. and are to ensure that customers data is properly handled and protected.
We ask customers to agree to us holding information on our system so that  we can process orders and confirm warranty status in the event of query or warranty claim.
You also have the right at any time to give us notice in writing that any information held can be removed from our systems.
