All PCBs we supply are re-conditioned by us unless specifically stated as NEW.
PRICE PROMISE - Our business is all about offering reliable products that represent best value for money. If you find the item you want to buy from us is cheaper elsewhere, please let us know. We promise to do our best to match or beat the competition, provided that the refurbished item is identical, in stock and immediately available, and being sold with a full 2 year guarantee.
Please read this important information which forms part of your contract to purchase a PCB!
Where an item is offered on a repair only basis, you need to place your order and send us your old PCB* first, enclosing a copy of your order. When received, we will repair, fully test and return your PCB, with a 2 year warranty. Wherever possible, to minimise delay, we aim to complete the repair same day as received.
*Your PCB must be in a repairable condition i.e. complete, original, without cracks or physical damage, no 'attempted' repairs, & not burnt, water damaged, corroded or contaminated.
Where an item is offered on a sale only basis, (as opposed to a repair only basis) you can choose to return your old PCB for a half price repair. That way, you utilise your old PCB rather than throwing it away, and you will always have a spare. If you want to take advantage of this special offer, please let us know and we will send you an offer code to be used on the order. The old PCB must be identical to the item supplied, in a repairable condition (see above*) and received by us within 30 days of your first order being placed. Please use our box and packing to return your old PCB; the PCB you return must be exactly the same type/version as supplied to you. When your old PCB is received, we log its arrival, check that it is exactly the same type/version as supplied, and then our engineers check to ensure it is complete and in repairable condition. In our experience the vast majority of PCB' s are repairable, however if your old PCB is not in a repairable condition, you will be advised by email and we will refund the repair cost. Return postage cost is not included in the offer.
The customer is responsible for the cost in full of return postage. Any postage underpaid or items returned with no postage having been paid will be subject to a minimum penalty charge of £15, as we will be involved in further work to retrieve the item from the local sorting office and pay penalty charge and the underpayment amount.
No items are supplied on a trial basis. We do not refund if you have mis-diagnosed the fault. All items are supplied in sealed, tamper evident bags, and are tested before despatch. We supply in clear bags so that you can see the item and ensure you have received the correct part, just as you would if buying in a store. You are responsible for ordering the item you require. BEFORE OPENING the bag, please re-check that the item we have sent is the one you require, because once the sealed bag is opened, under Distance Selling regulations, you cannot return the item for full refund.
Where possible we provide photos on our website to assist with identification, if your PCB is not as shown in the photo, or if you are unsure, please call us before placing your order, so that we can advise you. If your PCB is enclosed in a case (usually plastic, but sometimes metal), or has a heatsink , you must send us the complete item as shown in our photos.
When sending items to us, please pack securely in a cardboard box to avoid damage, and remember to enclose your contact details. We recommend that you use a traceable courier or postal service.
Please do not send cheques, cash or postal orders - we only accept payment by credit or debit card.
Replacement PCBs, Repairs and Warranty Policy
1. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted, so please contact us BEFORE returning any item.
We expect that before you place an order with us, a competent person will have identified that your PCB is faulty; therefore we will not accept a return or provide a refund in the event of misdiagnosis.
2. All Items we supply are in sealed, tamper evident packaging, so do not open the sealed bag unless you are sure this is the item you want. Correctly supplied items are subject to a 70% restocking fee,(excluding cost of post/packing, which is not refundable in any event) as all returned items must go through retesting & quality control processes.
4. Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the original purchase price of the PCB we supplied to you, or the cost of the repair we provided, and no allowance is made for postal charges and or consequential loss or damage.
Post and packing charges: Please remember there are costs involved in providing cardboard boxes and packaging materials, plus labour time to sort, inspect and pack the PCB's, and transport to and from post offices or courier depots. This is reflected in the cost of our post and packing charges.
Payments : Please pay by Debit or Credit card at the website checkout. We do not accept payment by cash, cheque or postal order.

From 13th February 2017, and subject to our terms and conditions, any reconditioned PCBs offered for sale, repair or exchange and ordered through this website will be supplied with a 2 year warranty.
